Four things the camera does: records, builds the panorama, cuts the frame, brings it to your phone. All on the device, at the pitch.
What viewers see
What's inside the orange frame is the video players, parents and coaches watch: it moves with the attack and widens for set pieces. No camera operator; the software holds the frame.

Two lenses, the whole pitch
The lenses point outward; each sees one half of the pitch and they overlap in the middle. Set up 4–10 m behind the sideline at 3–5 m height, Hexa keeps a full 105 × 68 m pitch in a single frame.
The panorama is built on-device
Stitching means merging two images into one continuous picture. Hexa does it while recording, on its own processor; no copying files to a computer and waiting.
Virtual camera operator
The software follows the play across the panorama and cuts a frame like a broadcast: it tracks the attack and widens on set pieces. The output is a wide broadcast-style frame that looks natural on a phone or a TV.
Watch and download on your phone
When the match ends, the recording shows up in the app. Watch the panorama or the auto-framed video, download to a computer, share with players. Player analytics coming soon.

Questions about the device
Which pitches does it work on?
Full-size 11-a-side pitches (105 × 68 m) first. It also works on smaller 8-, 7-a-side and artificial turf pitches; the camera is set up closer.
Do I need a tripod?
Yes. Any tripod with a 1/4-inch thread works; for good framing we recommend 4–5 m of height. A tripod kit is coming soon.
How many matches does the battery last?
About 3.5 hours on one charge: one match including warm-up and extra time. For a second match, charge in between.
Can it stay out in the rain?
It was designed with rain in mind: lens gaskets, a labyrinth seam, drainage through the base. Official water/dust rating: —.
Where is the recording stored, how do I watch it?
The recording stays on the device and transfers to the app over Wi-Fi. Watch on your phone, download to a computer.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy the device once; the framing software and updates are included. No monthly or per-match fee.
